Important Information for Speech Language Pathologists Seeking ASHA Continuing Education Credits

Requests for ASHA CEU credit must adhere to the following dates. Coursework must be completed by the End of the Quarterly Reporting Period per quarter. Your ASHA Transcript will have the completion date listed regardless of when you completed your request. 

Coursework completed after the end of the reporting period will fall into the next quarter.

Note: ASHA participant information must be submitted NO later than 21 days after each course unit is completed. Completion of a course unit requires that the Unit assessment is passed with a score of 80% or higher. The date the assessment was completed is considered the date the course Unit was completed.

**Date each unit and assessment must be completed PER QUARTER by in order to request CEU credit through the Autism Institute.

*** Last date by which the Autism Institute will accept ASHA CEU requests. If we receive your participant information after this date, we will provide you with a Participant Appeal form to send directly to ASHA.
